Delete your BernameFit account
You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data. We process verified requests as soon as reasonably possible (usually within a few business days).
How to request deletion
- Email us from a contact method we can verify against your account.
- Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
- Include:
- Your registered phone number (with country code)
- Your name on the account
- A clear statement that you want your account and data deleted

After verification, we delete or anonymize account data such as profile info, workouts, nutrition logs, messages/media associated with your account, and related personal data, except records we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
Partial data requests
If you want some data removed but want to keep your account, email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request and describe what you want removed.
